Betrayal and guilt

This book centers on a young girl who goes by Jane shade, in her own world of innocence she was forced to adapt to the ill circumstances of a life she put herself into. It didn’t take long till she learned of the ways of the modern world, she spent her time battling temptations and anger; no stranger to addiction, she had her fair share of what is considered having fun and also felt the wrath of her decision. The new life she was pulled into goes against the wish her poor mother had, the woman tried to warn her but like every teenager she wasn’t ready to listen to the advice of her mom. Jane had it rough, never knowing who her father is or was just hearing stories about him and having siblings one would consider failures; this book dives deep into her mind and shows us the connection she had with the devils she considered friends and also makes us understand why she did what she did.
