- You must maintain a high level of detail in note-taking and record-keeping.

Qualifications/Experience
- Certificate III in Disability or Mental Health
- Experience in disability support work or Mental Health support (preferred)
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one once commenced
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 & Flu vaccination
- Date Police Check
Duties and Responsibilities
- Domestic assistance: household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & reminder of medication
- Community Access: helping with daily chores such as doctors app, taking clients to an event or an outing
- We are supporting clients who have mental health challenges.
- We are supporting clients with physical and challenging needs.
- They are monitoring the well-being of clients, reporting and documenting their progress.
